hey im 5'8" 126lbs. bench 180 yeah im good:) lol. ight i wanted to get to 145 by march 8(baseball season) 19lbs in 4 months. so how many calories should i shoot for per day to get their. i was thinkin 3000-3500. today im at 2100:( ill brb i gotta go eat more!!!! lol
