I hava had a blood clot in my left leg for about a month. i'm on blood thinners?

i'm a truck driver and the doc wants me to come in for blood checks every few days. i can't afford to sit at home . i just want to know the risk percentage on the clot moving. if i stay home my family dosn't eat and the bills don't get paid. so i'm willing to take a risk . just want to know the risks thats all
