What does he mean when he says I am loveable?

I have been in a relationship for about 2 months now and he stops by my work every chance he gets, sometimes 2-3 times a day just to say hi but the other night when we were together, he told me that I was huggable, kissable and Loveable. How should I take him saying loveable? Is he trying to hint about how he feels?
