Have you noticed that the people on those cake shows are kind of unsanitary?

I was just watching one on TLC and the guy transported the cake in his regular old van with no cover on or anything. And then he carried it around outside with no cover. I've noticed that they do this on all of those cake shows. I saw one where this woman was playing with hair while doing the cake. Where are the health codes here?
