Stalking, Obsession Advice Needed?

My spouse former of over sixteen years ago refuses to stay out of our life. We've been together for ten years. Nothing we do is stopping her obsession of him. She writes me nasty letters saying I'm keeping him from her, controlling him, etc. She drops off hundreds of dollars in gifts constantly on my front porch.. I own the home. She has her family members write him, send gifts over. She sends him love letters, friendship letters reminding him of a life long past. She demands acceptance into our life, I refuse now as I have been exposed to her manipulative lies, delusional behavior far too long. Don't even bother mentioning a restraining order it's been tried, her father would have it tossed out as he is a psychiatrist. She has vandalize my home, come here uninvited numerous times, parked out Front by the neighbors, she tries to destroy every special as today his birthday. In comes through email her telling him about the party I had planned for him how she found out I don't know. Then she has her mother writing him just in time today to receive it. She writes him about this big gift package she has for him but would have to bring it on the light rail, then says her father wishes to see him, give him a gift. She is like a dirty penny that one can't get rid of. He has given up trying. She works on his weakest emotions all the time most insecure areas of his life, personality. This person hasn't held down a job in seven years, once a social worker lives off of the system. I believe she is suffering from multiple personality disorders. She has endangered her own life in pursuit of him. One day I turned around as I was using the blower in front of my home to find her in a truck feet behind me. She smirked as she drove past as I quickly made way out of the street. She is histrionic, psychopathic, lies, extremely delusional thinking..My spouse just ignores it all for some reason can do that, I can't it's even hurt my business life, my property, my private life it's affected every aspect of my life down to my health. Where in Sacramento can I get help for this insane situation that is currently on the upswing once again.
