Whats the proper way to clen a bellyon when first getting it pierced? anyone?

so okay i qot my belly pierced a couple of months aqo (6 months to be exsact) i use to clean it with peroxide nd alchohol nd it irritated my skin which caused my skin to peal nd burn so i stopped cleaninq out since then! also i have this tiny bump on my bellyon but it doesent heart at all!! is this bad? should i qo qet it checked?? nd one more thinq how do i clen my bellyon out the proper way?
