Why haven't my free text and internet come through on my orange phone?

i topped up �10 on my orange dolphin pay as you go phone and my text and internet still haven't come though, i was just wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for the text to come through saying that i have free internet and text, thanks for the help <3 xxxxxxxx
