Does anyone feel confident with a certain airline?

I had reservations booked with an airline and they changed the itinerary 3 times then told me that they didn't have a flight that would work with my cruise times. I'm afraid to book anything now with all the craziness. I'd appreciate any input. It's from Milwaukee to Fort Lauderdale and back. No wonder travel agents don't like doing air bookings anymore. I'd lose my mind!
