How much does a ChaCha expediter make?

I've read that they make .03 a question but in the email for all of their independent workers it says "For March, the Minimum Point Value will be no less than what Points were worth in February 2010, $0.0058. (We rounded up!). That way you can be ured that Points will be worth AT LEAST that amount."
