I've got Sclera issues?

I'm quite worried about my scleras. I feel like my eyes are dry. There are red blood veins streaked across and something that resembles gray "dents" above and around my iris. I've also discovered that what looks like a millimeter part of white sclera tissue is on my cornea. For the record I am also farsighted.
