Link between intelligent child who supposedly has aspergers & ADHD and bookworm parent who supposedly doesnt?

An autistic friend of mine, who is not much younger than I, has always been one to never go out of her comfort zones (at the computer, in front of tv, listening to music or playing games) without yelling or trying to debate why she shouldn't have to, usually both. Lately I have begun to question what traits are due to her autism and which aren't. Before realizing not all people with aspergers have certain very antisocial behavior traits similar to her mother's, a loud talking voice, snap at you for anything (1 on 1) and take years to respond to simple questions, let alone have a conversation with you, I never really made a connection. The only traits she doesn't share are inability to change volume of her voice for long, slow maturity and childish/irresponsible behavior (all play no work unless coerced or bribed)and a very short attention span. Could one of her parents have something too? Is this even aspergers or a combination of another form + ADHD or something?
