What should I do? I don't want to be a bystander...help!?

A boy in my school recently tried killing himself and died in the hospital yesterday. Another kid in my school made a group on facebook to respect the kid... it was nice at first then some hateful, heartless person posted the group on a site called '4chan'? and now all these fake hackers and trolls are attacking the group with hateful comments and disgusting and rude pictures. Every second there is something hurtful posted... I've already reported the group to get it closed, but it's not helping at all. What should I do?
